Compare the Luxe Wall Vintage with Wide Mat and Float Mount options to decide which framing style suits your photo and decor best.
Quick answer
Choose the Wide Mat if you want a classic, museum-style border that emphasizes your print; choose the Float Mount if you prefer a modern, airy look that lets the image appear to float within the frame.
The look each option creates
The Wide Mat version of the Luxe Wall Vintage frame adds a generous border of mat board around your photo, creating a traditional gallery feel. The mat provides visual breathing room and can make a smaller print feel more substantial.
The Float Mount version uses a hidden mounting system that lifts the print away from the glass and frame, giving the illusion that the image is suspended. This works especially well for prints with deckled edges or when you want the full image to be the star.
Cost and value differences
The Wide Mat option is priced at USD 61.41, while the Float Mount option costs USD 81.75. The Float Mount's higher price reflects the additional materials and labor needed for the floating effect.
Both options use the same Luxe Vintage frame profile in gold and the same Entrada Archival 100% cotton fine-art paper. Your choice comes down to presentation style rather than print quality.
